    Trigger Pins Walk Out

Just call Geissele. They have fantastic customer service that I have used many times. You should not need anti rotation pins if everything is on spec.

    Trigger Pins Walk Out

I would ping Geissele and get them to send you new trigger pins just to check for tolerance stacking. If after receiving, installing and using the new pins you still have the same issue I would contact Aero for a new lower.

    SBR Build questions

Any idea on the port size of the proof? For your use case, I would not use the adjustable gas block. With that suppressor I think you will be fine.

Advice on QD mount for Vortex Razor 1-10

Just as an FYI the Scalarworks is not really a qd mount. It is more of a toolless mount. The way it is designed the knobs can sometimes be a bitch but the main issue is, you have to go back and forth between the knobs so you dont apply too much force to one side locking it up (unclear to me why...

What's a good shorty upper for suppressed use?

Have you ever taken a 2 day carbine course?

What's a good shorty upper for suppressed use?

The V Seven will be as accurate as the noveske if not more so. The jp will also be very accurate.

What's a good shorty upper for suppressed use?

With the adjustable gas block requirement I would say no you would want to build. Unclear to me why you would have a high accuracy requirement with an eotech. My easy button without a stainless steel barrel would be a DDM4 V7S. Its properly gassed and generally will shoot 1.5 moa with decent...

    KAC URX 3.1 FDE handguard

To my knowledge they would have been a mil contract or come off a full fde mil SR. There is is a KAC forum on arfcom that may be helpful in your quest.

    Sig 716 DMR gen1 vs. SCAR 20S

308 gas guns are much harder to shoot than AR15s and bolt guns. In your shooting what ammo were you using? Did sig say what ammo they used in their test target? Is this your first 308 gas gun? The sig and the SCAR 20 are two different guns with different use cases. One is more of a precision...

    Knights armament SR 25 accuracy?

I would say I can shot a precision AR fairly well (sub MOA). 308 gassers not as well (1.5 MOA) but I am learning. But when my SR25 has a good day and I am having a good day I get results like this out of my APC (far better results than out of a PredatOBR):

    Are My Expectations Too High?

Completely agree with this. Every barrel has its own personality. You and your buddy may get the exact same barrel but they may like different loads. I generally try 6 or 7 match loads of different weights to see what the gun likes and go from there. The holy grail is one that likes them all.

    LMT MRP-H LM8 lower compatibility

You could also build out a LaRue Billet Lower. They are showing on the website but I would call to check availability. I would much prefer an LMT or SR lower but if the Larue lower are in stock they may be the easy button.

What barrels do you typically use? How much does that gun weigh, do you have any idea?

What AR bulk ammo (M193) and twist rate for SHTF gun?

1000% percent agree with all that. But it does zip right through level 3 armor like a hot knife through butter. After spending lots of time in gun stores where the rep is telling them to get level 4 plates they opt for level 3 because no one will have green tip or AP rounds. Because of this I...

What AR bulk ammo (M193) and twist rate for SHTF gun?

I think for SHTF you would probably be better off with a case of M855. You can get better accuracy out of a good flavor or M193 but the armor defeating capabilities of M855 makes me lean that way. Or maybe do a 1/2 and 1/2 - 500 rounds M855 and 500 round M193. Your gtg with 1:7 and 1:8 twists...

    SR25 Upper Compatibility

I appreciate all the work you have put in on this! There is a huge hole in the market. I know Charlie's Customs was working on dimensional drawing of the SR upper but I dont know where that got left off. LMT (and KAC to some extent) lowers are readily available and I have always been confused...
