My first match was a "Pro-Am" and my "Pro" ranged every target and found up to 20 yd differences from the match info. This can be significant at longer ranges.
Shot my first PRS type match and need a rangefinder (and kneepads). I've done the search here and am down to 3 , Leica 2400-R, Sig Kilo2200BDX, and Leupold RX 2800. My local ranges max @ 700 yds. Which is the best choice?

I've been shooting a PCC for a few years doing USPSA and Steel Shooting using a C-More with good results. Yesterday I shot a Knock Down Steel match where some 3" x 3" plates seemed to disappear into the Fall leaves surrounding them. I remarked that I wish I had my 1-4 Meopta mounted. Last...
I've been running a JP GMR for two years shooting some USPSA and KD steel. 6000 rounds and no issues. I added a magwell to help reloads and an extended mag release button. Also lightened the buffer and buffer spring to suit my 125 PF reloads.
I'm planning to shoot some local Gas Gun matches. Max range 700 yards. I have a NF SHV FFP Mil/Mil mounted on a .223 AR-15. I'm planning to hold over rather than dial. What's a recommended "Zero" and why?
I also get five stations which are all "local" airports. I recently purchased the $45 WeatherFlow wind meter which plugs into my cell phone earphone jack. I'm still learning to use it but it seems to work.
