    I was under the impression a federal statute specifically limits gun manufacturers from liability for actions of third parties...I would think this would be thrown out on appeal to federal court???

    I rec'd the same email... I think this will improve communications...IMHO...PVA is dealing with supplier issues as well as can be expected... At least PVA doesn't have Boeing's customer relations problems...:)

    First, Excise Tax: I think I read in here just recently where someone suggested a possible understanding for the fact that the non refundable deposits are instead accounted towards PVA products. That is certainly something I can discuss with folks however there will be some limitations to it...

    Interesting...I can see the 'arguments' on all sides of the JHR/delivery question...Perhaps some method of informing customers might mitigate the anxiety felt by its customers... Presenting more salient information on its website, by better defining which orders are which??? Say into JHC orders...

    Thanks for the information...I HAVE already returned my trigger to Geiselle and I informed them it was to go into a Nucleus action...They modified it and returned it to me within 10 days or so...(Via 2-day air)... This is my first semi-custom rifle and likely my one and only...Replacing a Ruger...

    Yes, it must be the Nucleus action...I look at the Geiselle trigger (in the bag it came in) and can't see what there IS to change...I don't even see what YOU found different...Did you disassemble the trigger? I'm leaving it in the bag until my JHR arrives...Which will be months from now...

    Not good news...Sigh! Am I correct in reading you have another Geiselle super 700 trigger that DOES work in an ARC Nucleus Action...Curious. I'm sure ARC and Geiselle will sort this out eventually...Surely by the time I get my JHR...Lol

    The link you posted is for 'double-sided' foam...But, also pictured (and linked to) is single-sided (one side sticky) foam...I assume the double-sided would be sticky on both sides...
