    Hunting & Fishing AR bullet for coyotes...

    The Sierra game kings 55gr hollow point boat tails do a job on coyotes. I believe they are 1390's. Ballistic coefficient sucks, but they shoot really well in everything I've shot them in. I rarely use my 223, but my dad loves these bullets and kills alot of dogs with them.

    Polygonal rifling once again is the shape of the bore or finished product. The process they use to get the shape of the bore is either using a cutter or button. The shape and the process are two independent things.

    Button is just the process, not the shape of the rifling. I don't own a pacnor, but i have a couple black hole weaponry poly barrels I have been very happy with. Very easy to clean and just don't seem to pick up copper. Not the same as a pacnor, but I wouldn't be afraid of polygonal rifling.

    Illinois definitely sucks. If we could divide the state to north Illinois and south Illinois maybe there would be chance. As it is, I'm working on moving to a free state. Between taxes and gun laws, I've had my fill.

    I'm not really concerned about my kid getting his ass beat. He is a little rough neck. He has a point though, the same thing could happen if your kid beats another kids ass. I just don't want him getting labeled as a problem kid, get kicked out of school, or shunned by the teachers or parents...

    I think you have me pegged. Once I get a gun the way I like it, and a load worked up. The new wears off and I move onto something else. In trying to break the habit, I have been at least taking different guns out on "dates" to coyote hunt.

    Try out Hybrid 100V I had really good luck with it and 95gr and 105gr bergers.

    Black hole weaponry has some good deals on close out barrels at true sporting arms. I have a couple and they are both shooters and extremely easy to clean.

    I have a herter's that I'm pretty impressed with. It's solid, well thought out and folds up easy. I'd buy one again for sure. My buddy has had the same one for quite a while and it sold me on one.

    Should be fine. I have a 1-7 that shoots 50gr vmax better than about anything. Definitely better than 77gr smk. Every barrel is different.
