    All-around rain gear for PRS shooting

    Supposedly, we shoot PRS for fun. If it’s raining that much, I go home. It’s just not fun to shoot in the rain. For quick passing showers a light poncho for me and another for my gear. I try to carry a 50 gallon trash bag or two also.

    I wasn’t interested enough in the question to read the whole thread. Sorry I understand Anschutz triggers can be put on Rem 700 actions, but it’s not very common at all. If it really worked well, everyone would be doing it.

    Until someone puts a trigger on a vudoo that is even close to an Anschtuz trigger, it will never be in the olympics. Even the best Rem 700 triggers are not equivalent to the performance of the Anschutz triggers.

    A month or two ago, Downrange Systems said they were working on/hoping for iPhone compatibility coming soon. So far there hasn’t been any more news or announcements about it. I bought one based on that announcement. If it never happens, I’ll just find an old android phone to run it on.

    Talk me out of a Kestrel and Sig BDX Rangefinder.

    I have the Kestrel Elite and Sig 3000bdx binos. It is a friggin great setup. Very glad I got it. Hopefully they will make the HUD useful for competitions. If not, the DRS e-dope card is working on Iphone compatability.
