    The cryptic coatings bcg is bad ass and stupid expensive. I have one in mystic black and it unbelievable easy to clean, smooth as butter, and shows zero wear.     Not an issue for me. I can't even tell you the last time I bought something at Dick's. It has to have been at least 15 years ago. Their prices and the stores suck.

    Doesn't matter much. About any bullet will do the job on whitetail at that range. The cheap old rem core lokt has probably killed as many deer as anything out there. Pick what shoots good in your gun.

    A real ar10 or a dpms pattern? Either way it will work with the correct buffer, but they are different.

    This isn't correct, I just put the $499 one from natchez on a buddies rifle a week or so ago. It is mil/mil. Hasn't been on the range yet to see about travel, but the scope appears the same as mine other than illumination.

    Natchez has the non-illuminated 3-15 weaver tactical for 499 right now. Pretty hard to beat, I am considering picking up another myself.

    MOA or MRAD is one better than the other?

    My brain works in inches, feet and yards. It's what I learned, but i definitely see some benefits to mil, and I'm trying to change my ways. Problem is I have to kinda convert in my head. I'd probably be better off just to stick with moa and not being one of the cool kids.
