    What are your three favorite powders for the .308 Winchester with 168/175 grain bullets?

    I've used IMR 4895, IMR 4064, and Varget, all with good success. Slight edge to 4064 for accuracy in my rifle but all 3 are tack drivers.

    Just got one of the Co-axes...what a world of difference between that and the Lee Classic Turret press being used as single stage. FL sizing machine gun LC 308 brass is 200% easier.

    I'm a big fan of Savage so far. For being stock, my FCP-K and 175 SMKs seems like a match in heaven. my wallet will hurt when I eventually get all the fancys doodads for her :(

    savage short throat dilemma

    I have the same short throat issue with my new Savage 10 FCP-K as well. I loaded a Sierra 175 SMK at OAL 2.80" and found it was jamming up into the lands. Luckily I handload, so I bumped it down to 1.78" and it shoots great. Good luck with yours!

    Buds guns??? Any one buy from them?

    I've purchased multiple long guns from them with no problems. The Pre-approved FFL list makes it easy, and sometimes you can save another $10-$20 off their price if the "make an offer" link is available for a particular gun.

    H4350 in stock

    I'm a huge fan of checking stores that AREN'T listed on gunbot, especially high demand stuff that we use like varget/H4350, etc. Seems like I'm never quick enough on the draw when those popular powders do pop up on gunbot.
