Budget optic for a .22, designed to emulate a longe range optic... easy - Bushnell match pro.
Also consider some of the athlon options like the midas tac. Pay attention to how close the parallax goes if your shooting .22 close
A large frame AR dosent need a one piece cantilevered mount. I use seekins rings on my AR in 308 with the same DMR2 scope. My small frame ARs in 5.55 and 6.5g all use a one piece cantilevered mount. Geissele, badger, seekins, DD, admount.
Another vote for Tippmann m4-22. I have the elite model. About perfect to replicate a centerfire AR. Extremely consistent shooter with various ammo types.
Im eying one of these for a Tavor 7. Was gonna do 1-8., But hesitate to take the weight penalty. Of course now looking at 1-6 options theres about a million to choose from. Would like daylight red dot, good eye box and 1x, not finicky at 6x, decent weight and size.
If your going to a Rex class the IOR will fit in well. Right after you zero your red dot by aligning it on the iron sights.
Only other way is if you work concrete and bench press, then get a Quigley Ford... for the discerning consumer.
