    Accuracy International AT-X

I'm currently having feeding issues with a Gray Ops mag and 6 Dasher. Works perfectly until the last three rounds and then starts hanging up. Mag is back w/Gray Ops and they're helping me with troubleshooting. Good to see more people are using them successfully, so hopefully it's something I can...

    Shorty 223AI Issues - Help

That's my rifile. Has a couple thousand rounds through it (from a prior owner), but shoots half inch groups with 77 grain fireforming loads. As noted, can't get it under an inch with the 223ai rounds. The other rifle is brand new. Both have shot pretty much identical groups across all of the...

    6mm Dasher

I haven't tried an AW mag with a spacer kit, but may have to if I'm not able to get the Gray Ops setup to work. Unfortunately none of my buddies are shooting BR based cartridges so I don't have a different magazine to borrow.

    6mm Dasher

Thanks for the suggestions. I'm not able to change the feed lips (billet mag), but this process would at least help me determine if the mag is at the correct height/spring tension. Brass that feeds into the gun looks fine. The dents are only on the ones that hang up. Gray Ops still has my...

    6mm Dasher

I've had it jam in this position a few times as well.

    6mm Dasher

Here's a picture of what's happening. It feeds perfectly until I get to the last three rounds in the magazine, then I end up with the bullet pointed slightly down and jammed. It's difficult to tell if it's running into the back of the barrel, or if the shoulder of the case is catching on the...

    6mm Dasher

Thank you! That's pretty much exactly where I'm at for length as well. They shoot great, but just don't feed consistently. Gray Ops is looking into the issue for me.

    6mm Dasher

Could someone who's shooting 105s let me know what the OAL is on their round? I'm having feeding issues in my AI and I'm starting to wonder if the freebore is too short in the used barrel I picked up. Assuming a shorter OAL might be more picky with feeding.

    Accuracy International Picture Thread

Having trouble posting pictures right now. I think that may be my issue though. The rounds are coming out of the magazine, but not making it very far. What position did you find worked best for you?

    Accuracy International Picture Thread

Anyone shooting 6 Dasher with the new Gray Ops magazines? I'm having a terrible time getting rounds to feed in my AT-X. Have tried the mag catch at a few different heights. Seems like the brass shoulder is ramming into the receiver locking lugs.

Supposedly uses AB. Made in China but programmed in the US. The display and remote cable fix my main complaints with the Vortex unit, so will be interesting to see how it performs.

Try acetone. Might have some paint residue in there.

No, they just told me to purchase a whole new bolt body, and made sure to tell me I'd void my warranty if I did any work on it myself. I obviously disregarded.

I had a very different experience from you. I called AI to ask about replacing a damaged bolt head on a rifle I purchased. They told me they don't swap heads (even though I found a post on here where a rep stated they do), and instead offered to sell me a whole new bolt body for $800 and...

    Best flow through suppressor

For the price of the Surefire can you're basically into the new Knights PRT supressors as well. Seems they've been releasing a lot of them, but I've yet to see much comparative feedback.

    PRI MK12 Douglas Barrel?

The PRI barrels are good to go. People also seem to have equivalently good luck with the Bison Armory barrels, for substantially less money. They do a properly cut SPR profile that will take an ops collar etc. Worth a look at least.
