    Re: Old Barrett/New Barrett Don't you also think someone buys one and finds out the recoil and price per round is a little more than they would like? Maybe an AR 50 would be a better choice. I like the compactness of the 99 however and the scope mounts lower to the bbl. db

    Re: Old Barrett/New Barrett Thanks for the tip. Looks like they had a few chamber issues in 2010. Makes me think that I should buy new for the warranty, unless the owner can confirm there were no issues with the weapon. db
