    The nicest scope I've used so far is a Nightforce SHV 4-14x56. I want to check out the Gen 2 razors but I know better lol.

    This is why I decided to go FFP. If I need to dail back the magnification a little I won't have to worry about figuring out my holds.

    How far away are "distant" targets? 1000+ yards? I'm planning to do the same with my 1-4 and whichever higher power scope I end up with. These Super Precision mounts have an amazing RTZ which really simplifies switching optics around.
