    Action fitment

    It should fit, might need to do some clearance around the bolt handle recess. Rem 700 is swept back, Defiance could either be swept or straight. Very easy mod either way.

    Keep an eye open for a used Athlon Cronus in the PX. They will sell in the 900-1200 range and is a lot more optic than the PST g2. Otherwise, Euro optic has a killer closeout deal on the PST if you are Ok with an older reticle design...

    Manners + weight

    I make a 14" long 3/8" thick steel ARCA rail and a 1.5" wide 1/2" thick steel plate for under the cheek riser for my Manners PRS2 stocks. Works out great with a MTU or comp contour or I use a standard non weighted 14" area 419 rail and the rear spacer weight with a straight 1.25" barrel.
