Re: 700P .308 ..... Nothing special Looks familar. What scope? Handload with a 168gr MK over 42grs of IMR4064. These barrels do have long throats. This one is still a bit of a WIP as far as OAL to see what it likes- billdncn

Re: 700P .308 ..... Nothing special Thanks guy's. I had a PSS 308 a few years back and it would shoot little over .3" @ 200M in a rest. Today I broke in the barrel and the best (3-shot group) I got was a .292" and .412 @ 100yds with the bi-pod and no rear bag. Looks promising. Un-ideal...- billdncn
