    Any experience reloading PPU brass??

    I have reloaded ppu for my 308 with good results. In my opinion the brass seems very soft. Sometimes it is difficult to eject a spent case after firing.     If you aren't dead set on Badger, Seekins low rings are perfect, especially with butler creek caps! Can't go wrong either way!

    Pictures of these are hard to find, so I thought I'd put one up from a few days ago. Figured some of you would like it. 180 gr Speer Deepcurl out of a 20" Remmy .308. Shot water jugs at about 60 yards for this test. These shot 1" at 124 yards so the accuracy isn't bad at all. Enjoy!

    Finally got to take my new build out with some quality ammo. It was my first time shooting a rifle with a bipod and I definitely feel I can improve. Met some nice people, shot some decent groups, overall a great day at the range!

    Re: question on mil system calculation I think it works like this, but I've been wrong before.. Some others can confirm or deny. 1 mil is 3.6" at 100 yd 3.6(8) = 28.8 so 1 mil at 800 yd is 28.8" 10/28.8= .35 mil on a tenth mil scope..about 3 or 4 clicks will be the correction.

    Re: Leupold Mark AR I have one in a Larue SPR-1.5 on my AR and agree that they are nice for the price. I may sell mine though just because I usually shoot my AR with iron sights.
