    Savage Mk II FSS

    Try some different brands of standard velocity ammo. Two good ones are Wolf Match Exta and SK. I have a couple rifles that shoot Federal HV Hollow Points very well even though those rounds should not be that good. You just never know. BI

    Not Yet It's not over. Not yet. Guns are a little more available but not ammo. What they stores get still sells out in a couple hours here in Northern Michigan. Maybe it will by fall if nothing bad happens. Lock and Load! :D

    Remington 788 build?

    Weak Bolt Stop Don't run the bolt hard on a 788. It is just a small pin and will break with hard use. Replacements can be hard to locate. Lock and Load! :D

    Firearms Insurance ?

    Too Much I haven't looked in a few years. But, the last time I did all of the Firearms Insurance was too expensive. After about 10 years you would have spent enough money to pay for all your firearms. The rates may have improved......but I would't count on it. Lock and Load! :D
