    I was able to get a hands-on look at Arken's EP-5 at Shot Show last week. It's no S&B or Leupold Mark 5. But in the sub $550 price bracket, it makes Vortex or Athlon look wanting (except for weight). These are quite tempting for a backup gun or a budget build.
