    Berger Hunting VLD's

    I worked up a load with 155gr Berger VLD's for my 308 and it is shooting very well. I would really like to use them for hunting (deer) but I am worried about their performance. Do any of you have experience with these bullets on deer? I'm shooting them at a little over 2900fps.

    Working up a load IMR-4064/185 Berger non-VLD

    I'm trying this combination out with 210M's and Winchester brass at magazine length with a 10 twist barrel. I've loaded 42.5-44 grains in .5 grain increments. Has anyone used this combination?
