    Rifle Scopes Burris XTR ring height question

    Gents, I need some feedback before I buy. I have a Rem 700 with varmint contour. Will the low Burris XTR rings give me enough clearance between scope and barrel using a 20 MOA rail? Or do I need to use mediums? The scope is a Nikon Monarch 6.5-20x44.

    Rifle Scopes Burris XTR624 owners rejoice:1/4 MOA turrets

    Burris now offers their XTR624 with 1/4 MOA turrets. The older version I have has 1MOA elevation and 1/2MOA windage. Even better, Burris will change your old turrets to 1/4MOA for $80. My scope is in shop getting this mod.
