First off, I want to thank Robert Snyder at RWSGunsmithing.com for allowing me the opportunity to review this optic at length and in detail. I'd also like to say...

The McRee Stock:
The modular stock arrived from Scott at McRee Precision via UPS.I can not tell you a whole lot about Scott because I have not yet had the pleasure of meeting him in person. However After spending a couple of hours on the phone with him I can tell you this, Scott Navy...
Since the first time I saw the Zeiss Spotter 60 at the Shot Show several years ago I have been trying to get one here in the USA. It was nearly an impossible task until Nathan Hunt of HUDISCo came along and began distributing the Hensoldt line of Zeiss Optics here in the US. We were lucky...
My new Eberlestock Terminator came in last week, and I have had a chance to take it out into the field, to the range, and see how it loads out and how well it handles weight.
The Terminator is Eberlestock's newest pack, based on the same design as the Operator. For the most part, the only...
Hiders,
Had one of the new Zeiss 8x26 PRF's out this weekend, had a chance to work with it and show to a few visitors. My impressions:
A nice-sized, handy unit. Fits in the palm of (my) hand. Only two buttons make it simple to operate. Came in the box programmed for meters; switching to...
I got my hands or is that eye on one yesterday with out the mildot. I found the thing to be quite large and very heavy.
Construction quality felt better than the Alpen I am running but not as good as I was thinking it would be.
Power ring was easy to adjust and it was smooth. An par maybe...
Vandyke Rifle is located here in Kansas, where I live. I am a CNC machine tool dealer and one of our sales people calls on John's shop. My sales guy actually has one of Vandyke's rifles build on the AI chassis and is very happy with it. Just wanted to get input to see if anyone has any...
Hi All,
I recently purchased a rifle length gas piston system from Adams Arms for my 20" Krieger/CLE barreled rifle. My rifle previously worked flawlessly with a YHM gas block but I wanted to try the AA system as I have ordered a suppressor. Used a known-good Magpul 20-round magazine.
SETUP...
So I got my LNL last week and got to use it this weekend. For people who just want to cut through all the in's and out's. The Press WILL ROCK YOUR FREAKING SOCKS OFF!!
Now as with anyone looking to get into reloading. I highly recommend starting with a single stage press, simply because with...
My apologies to Scott for not getting this up sooner.
Scott has produced a prototype stock to accept the McMillan/McBros 50 cal action.
I had the opportunity to test last November at Camp Atterbury, IN.
First shot to confirm zero was exactly the same with barreled action in my regular stock...
Now, before I start, let me say, I don't work for and am not associated with Wonders Optics, nor was I compensated in any way beyond personal satisfaction for this review. I am just an amateur marksman who loves to shoot. I have been lurking for some time, and gained a lot of knowledge from...
I recently picked up a Sightron S3 3.5-10x44 and did a little write up on it.
http://bohicaarms.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=30&t=1520
I have to say that I was suprised at how nice this optic was. Sightron really has a nice product on their hands.
New American Rifleman has a good road test on the VTR . Sounds like a decent hunting rifle but no rifle that can only manage 1.68" 5 shot groups off a bench, with Black Hills Match, is going in my safe. A Savage Weather Warrior is cheaper and will meet or beat 1" with Match ammo.
Hello all, new member here and wanted to add something of value for my first post. Not sure how many folks check both here and snipercentral.com so I will probably post this review in both places as I am a new member there as well and both boards have been really helpful to me. I have been...
Fedex showed up earlier today. The Great Saint John the 3rd has sent me another master piece!
Short Review...
Packaging - Fedex could of threw this box out the back of the cargo hold at 30k feet and I think it would of been ok. Instead it came in a truck and the fedex guy tried to flirt with...
Anyone have an M1A Suppressor review that they can share? I know the M1A is a gas operated action, not like a bolt action. Can you share your experience with functionality? What brand, type? opinions? flash hider mount or did you have to replace the factory flash hider?
Thanks.
