AUSTIN, TEXAS. JULY 2, 2021
Travis County District Attorney Jose Garza announces that a grand jury had just indicted active duty Army officer Daniel Perry on charges of murder and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon stemming from an incident 1 year ago on July 25, 2020, when Perry, an active duty sergeant in the US Army, who had been working for a ride-share car service encountered a group of violent Black Lives Matter supporters rioting and intimidating motorists at an intersection. One of the rioters, a former USAF airman named Garrett Foster, aged 28, who had turned into a self proclaimed "militant Marxist" and openly professed hatred of the United States on his social media page, was brandishing an AK-47 style semiautomatic rifle and had fired at least three rounds randomly into the surrounding block prior to his encounter with Perry. Upon seeing Perry's vehicle approaching the intersection, Foster pointed his rifle directly at the car's windshield and motioned for Perry to lower his drivers side window, firing at least once when the sergeant hesitated, as witnessed by observers. Realizing that this was not a legitimate stop conducted by a police officer but a possible mass shooter, Sgt. Perry immediately drew his concealed carry handgun and returned fire, killing Foster on the scene and neutralizing the threat. In the days immediately afterward, the shooting had galvanized the Patriot and the 2nd Amendment community as well as most of the general public, which had overwhelmingly ruled the incident as an act of textbook self defense and protection of innocent lives from an active, armed threat.
One year from the incident, an anti-American Travis County DA continued to pursue this case and managed to get a grand jury to indict the soldier on absolutely bullshit charges. As of July 2nd, 2021, Sergeant Daniel Perry had been booked into the Travis County Sheriff's Dept. and released on $300,000 bail. DA Jose Garza has also publicly announced that he intended for Daniel Perry to "surrender his firearms" as terms for his bail release. So that means as of now, Daniel Perry is unable to legally defend himself and his family as the BLM crowd and Foster's fellow radical America-hating rioters are rallying again.
THIS IS A FIREMISSION ALERT. PLEASE REPOST AND SHARE THIS WITH AS MANY FELLOW SHOOTERS AND PATRIOTS AS POSSIBLE. There has not been a crowdfunding page set up for Daniel Perry at the time of this posting, though anyone who becomes aware of one can post it here. We need to rally around him, his family, his defense team, and his immediate supporters/friends/unit RIGHT NOW. As we may be aware, there had been a LA Chinatown liquor store owner earlier this year who had faced similar railroading from the LA DA's office after he had used a firearm to stop a robbery and assault in progress. His charges were dropped after a MASSIVE outpouring of Internet support and awareness. THIS needs to happen here too. This is how the left mobilizes and uses crowd effort in order to sway legal and political decisions in their favor. We must adapt and refine these tactics for our own side too.
