+1 for MidSouth shooters supply

With high demand being placed on suppliers today none of them are going to be perfect 100% of the time but how they fix it is key for me. Recently MidSouth sent me 10 1lb'rs of Varget instead of the Titegroup I ordered. I called them, they picked up the phone quickly, Rachel ( I think that was her name) listened to the issue and said she would check on it and get back to me. As promised she called back and we worked out a deal that allowed me to keep it at a more than fair price.

With the generous help from MidSouth I will donate it to Sacramento Valley Shooting to support the youth program.

Even in crazy times it takes so little to provide good customer service. Hats off to them for being excellent at it.

Such customer service is (almost) the norm in the shooting world. Not so much anywhere else.

I ordered 6000 Hornady fmj from Midsouth and they delivered 250. I talked to them and the guy said "I'll call you back." Two minutes later he calls and says "Sorry. They're on their way." Must have checked the package weight. Off by 45 lbs. Good service and they don't ream you on shipping.
