AIKEN, S.C. -- A 10-year-old was arrested by the Aiken Department of Public Safety after pulling an Intra Tech 9MM on a woman.

According to the report, an officer was sent to Crosland Park after a 10-year-old boy pulled the weapon. The victim said she was visiting in the area when she saw several juveniles, two that she knew, on the corner of Schroeder and George Streets. She said she jokingly told them she was going to take their candy.

One of the juveniles pulled the weapon and told her she wasn’t taking the candy. A second juvenile told her he also had a weapon but didn’t show it. The 9MM along with the clip and bullets were taken by the officer and placed into evidence.

The suspects were arrested and later turned over to their parents.

He had a Tec-9. She was safe of being shot.

Reminds me of the scene in "Falling Down" where the criminals shoot at the main character and hit everyone but him.
