115 Dtac 6 creed pressure help

It may not have settled in or sped up yet. My current 6x47L barrel didn't settle till about 220rds. Yours may not have sped up and that's why you're seeing slower speed and pressure earlier than you anticipated

Kreiger. Ejector swipe and a little heavy at the top of the bolt lift
It measured the same
This may be a whole different issue, but it does not sound like your die is constricting your case base. If this is 2nd firing of the brass, by the 3rd firing when it usually surfaces you are going to have problems on extraction, bolt will click at the top, tough to pull back.
I shot krieger barrels for a few yrs, historically then speed up was before 100 rds, I can't vouch for that today, but we need to be cognizant of it happening. A barrel can set up in 3-5 shots and be done, or you may get 50 shots in scatter node velocity wise.
I'm not sure I know how to help you.
Frst, maybe there was no reason to bump once fired brass .002".
2nd, most 6x47 shooters shoot dtacs in the 2950 range, you have way more capacity with the creed, adding some 4350 just could make this go away if the brass was only bumped .002". If you feel the need to go to a slower powder, once again, do not look at speed as your barometer, the soot line on fired brass needs to shut off 3/4 of the way down the necks, not at the junction or lower.
3rd, you most likely will need to find a die more compatible with your chamber, you need at least .001" compression minimum at the .02" line.

I remeasured the sized vs fired and the sized is .001 under the fired so that problem is avoided fortunately. I got the 4831sc today so I’ll get so loaded to test Saturday morning and report back.

Loaded rounds with H4831sc from 40.0 to 44.0 in .2 incriminates. Found a little pressure at 43.8 and 44.0. Nodes seem to be at 3000fps, 2940, and 2900 so I will test those next. Still getting carbon up the necks but I cleaned the chamber last night. These are the first firings on the necked down brass so maybe that will correct itself after I size these and try them again?

Carbon on the necks is normal, it becomes or can become abnormal if it goes down too far, Carbon on the shoulders just not good, lol
