Folks if you mount this optic on a 20 moa base could you say it would then bottom out after dialling down another 2.5 minutes in effect this optic with a 20 moa base could be considered close to having a zero stop arrangement ?

You could say it, but there is no way of knowing for certain until you try it. I would be shocked if it lined up exactly right. There are alot of varibles that come into play.
