Looking for feed back for a 260 gas gun using 123 Scenars and H4350 powder.

I played with a good load that was around 45 gr of H4350 with 123's. It shot well (1/2 moa if memory serves me right). I didn't chrono. RL-15 is a very good powder for the 123's. My load is Win 7-08 brass, 40.0 gr RL-15 and BR 2 primers. For the H-4350 start around 44.0 gr.
