I have a '65 700 BDL and was looking to add some upgrades. Curious if its even worth putting the $ into it. Im lookimg at the blackhawk axiom stock to replace my wood one. Guns shoots great but kicks like a mule accuracy is MOA or better depending on ammo but looking at rebarreling (if possible and worth it). I appriciate any suggestions on options you guys come up or if my barrel and action will even fit this stock.

Have the action trued, add a new tube and a Manners/McM stock, and get out and shoot the hell out of it.
