30-06 Remington 700 ADL to 300 WIN

I recently purchased a CA mesa barreled action for $700 chambered in 300 Win Mag. I already have a Remington 700 ADL in 30-06. Will the Barreled action work with the ADL stock and the 30-06 magazine? My plan was to use what I have for now and slowly save up to buy a stock and a bdl bottom metal. Any advice would be helpful! I did not want to buy a complete gun from Christensen mainly because I'm not a fan of the way their stocks look. Figured why pay for something I don't plan to keep. I might even buy a used stock if I can find something I like.

The 30-06 mag box and follower will need to be changed, but the stock and follower spring will work just fine

Most of what I deal with has a DBM, but it appears that the mag box is the same part, but the follower is different. The stock and mag box should work but you might need a new follower.
