So some shithead with a faster connection or closer to server who was late to the party got the item I should have. Lots of people posting here with same experience. I went and bought a thunderbeast instead so mdt can piss up a rope for all I care.

My MDT order went through fine, I tried ordering from MPA and kept getting issues with finding a shipping method, bummed about the MPA order because that’s what I wanted to grab this year, emailed them to see what the deal is, my state isn’t on the restricted list

Just to follow up on this, I emailed MPA to inquire, they are taking care of me due to the error, going above and beyond, they’ll continue to get my business in the future

The factory knob is not reversible. However, if you convert it to an Atlas style bolt pattern (GrayOps) plus clamp, you can put it on any side you want.
