I'm probably one of the very few here that thinks this is just about perfect.

My only issue is it being MOA-based. Other than that, I actually think its REALLY cool!

I guess the reticle could be better too, but it ain't toooo bad

The exterior form factor is almost perfect for my 8.5” Grendel.

I would want lower profile knobs that are basically almost flush with the tube.

Since there aren't any illuminated reticle scout type optics on the market any more (for mounting on a lever gun) I think this is will be a pretty cool setup. Sounds like it's going to have decent glass, good illumination, light weight, red dot that you can mount at 45 or 12:00 and low/medium/high mounts. And doesn't break the bank. Cheaper than an ACOG with more flexibility. Might have to try one on my Marlin Dark in the near future. Will look around for the spec (eye relief) and see how the FOV looks but sounds good so far.
