I know this is a hard question to answer considering many variables. However, can anyone guess how many inches of drop when zeroed at 100, you will have at 300 with a 36g around 1,200 FPS?

My son and I are going shooting 300 on Fri with .223 and .30-06 and I thought it would be fun to mil dot shoot the .22 at that distance.

Re: .22 bullet drop

Roughly 110 - 120 inches of drop from a 100 yard zero. Conditions will vary as you already know. That's the best I can come up with.

I'd prefer someone to check my estimate to see if this is in the ball park.

Re: .22 bullet drop

From my data book,
Ammo; Blazers 40g
altitude 4,400'
104 yards (Temp +45) 13 (Temp +90) 11
332yards................58...............54
Sight values are counted from the bottem of scope, so at 45 degrees the come up from 104 to 332 equals
58-13=35 MOA
90 degees
54-11=33 MOA
Not the answer to the question you asked, but information you might be able to use.

Not exactly the data you are looking for, but a good starting point.
