Anyone know how to turn a .223 bolt action rifle (.378 ±? bolt face) into a 5.45x39 bolt action rifle (.394 ±? bolt face)?

i would think most gunsmiths would be able to do this on a remington action if you converted to a sako style extractor

Or you could get an ar 15 extractor for the 5.45x39 and open the bolt face. I have read that the 5.45x39 cartridge feeds fine in the older 20 round straight mags, without having to buy the 5.45x39 specific mags. So I would think the mag box for the 223 would work also.
