i am looking for some proven loads for a few different purposes. im looking for something to run from an AR for varmints and long range. first let me make this clear so i dont get harped on... i am not looking to replace the load development process by posting this. i am just asking for what some of you have had success with so i can try it for myself since there are thousands of .223 load combos out there. let me know what you all have found to be your most accurate .223 load for distance that could also take down a groundhog, coyote, fox or other varmints. i also hunt deer on a crop damage permit and am making shots on deer out to 200 yards. anyone have an accurate load that produces headshot groups at 200 yards? if so, share em'! thanks

23.4gr of varget under hornady 75gr HPBT has given me excellent results in my 20" BCM. It's consistently shot right at MOA and has excellent terminal effects on coyotes out to around 300yds. I've never shot anything other than coyotes, paper, and steel with this load, so I can't vouch for it on deer.

75gr Hornady HPBT
23.4gr Varget
2.255" OAL
CCI Small rifle primer
LC Brass

Two long range loads have worked very well for me with a 18" 1/8 twist barrel, 556 chamber.

77 gr SMK
23.3 grs of IMR 8208 XBR or 24.0 gr of Ramshot TAC
Wolf 223 primers
LC OFB Brass
2.255 OAL
1.750 Trim
Light Lee Factory Crimp, approximate half a turn.
