Anyone know where I could buy the .223 M995(API)bullets? Just the bullets for reloading.

The only ones I ever seen where the ones this guy at a local gun show was trying to sell. I could tell he loaded these himself because he was selling packs of 10 for $30! In all the 10rd packs there was a wide range of different brass used and different primers used. Also you could tell he trimmed some of the brass and didnt deburr it. It looked bad! you would have to be an idiot to buy these but people were! Who knows how many different kinds of powder this guy probly used (and mixed them all up)!!

I would just like to find some of these to have fun with.

I seen the blue tip type but I know the real M995 has the black tip on it. I seen 50gr. and a 52gr. also.

Anyone know where I could find some of these bullets?

By the way, what does the military use these for? Light body armor? Or do they just mostly shoot them them linked like say out of a SAW or something along the lines of that?

M995 ( I don't even know if there is a API version ) bullets are not for sale to the public, anyone at the funshow selling "it" is more then likely ( 99.999999% ) lying.
He probably loaded some 62gr M855 bullets and is trying to make a quick buck.
