TBAC and the Specter II are to close for my ears to tell. Both are great.

I have shot a lot of 22 cans side by side and the Thunderbeast TakeDown consistently the quietest with the least first round pop. Another quiet can is the Keystone, but they closed up shop early last year. Kinda loud FRP but after that they are hollywood quiet.

TBAC is what I chose BUT don’t have it yet.

I would also also strongly look at the Dead Air Mask.

I believe those are the go to cans but you could also include the SiCo cans as well.

The micro Osprey sounds the quietest to me. But it's design makes it unpopular. TBAC takedown, Dead Air Mask, Silencerco Sparrow, Spectre 2, AAC element 2, tac sol axiom. All great choices

Between the two rimfire cans I own, definitely the Mask HD.

I usually use a TBAC or Mask. However, the Energetic Arms NYX line is impressive from a sound reduction and weight (4 ounces or less, 100% Ti).
