Gunsmithing .243 winchester reamer decision

I'm looking to ditch the 6bra in favor to get back to the 243 winchester for all the reasons you can think of (most importantly mag feeding reliability). I'm not concerned about barrel life as I'll be chambering my own.

I thought I'd put a feeler out there and see if anyone had a recommendation on a specific reamer print for the use of the 243win and 105 hybrids, that would allow the heal of the bullet to sit at the neck shoulder junction, but allow for mag feeding. Please feel free to post your experiences and recommendations.

Any interest in the 6 creedmoor instead ? I shot prairie dogs with a .243 and a friend had the creedmoor last month. Really thinking about rebarreling to the creedmoor myself .

I'd probably talk to Chad at LRI. Will the bullet fit mag length if your chamber is throated for the bullet to seat at that depth?

I just have to throw the 243AI in the ring...

But that's mostly because the less brass trimming I do the better.

If you are doing the work yourself, you can always go short throat and then use a 6mm throater to set it where you want.
