I hope your luck holds out in KS as well. If it does you guys will both shoot booners with a start like you have gotten in FL and GA.

Good luck guys!

Hutchinson is the closest big city from where we are going to be hunting.

in the past the property has produced several bucks over 160inches

there are several large ag fields also that are located on some of the property in the past deer have been seen out there but too far to shoot, we are hoping our practice and preperation will pay off and if a long range opportunity presents it self we can put a big buck down.

i originally volunteered to spot for Joe since he up to this point had not killed a deer, but now looking at this Georgia Giant i might take that back

That's the first time I have ever heard "Hutchinson" and "big city" in the same sentence. I was out there with two buddies at the end of September for muzzleloader season and only one of us scored (168" 12pt). The other two of us are going back for rifle season. There are definitely monster deer out there, hopefully our luck will change for the better this time around. We are not far from Hutchinson either. Good luck!

The second buck was chasing a doe. The bucks are coming to horns good but that will more than likely play out quickley now that chasing has began. Bucks are on the move all day long. Mornings are red hot!! Midday is great too

GOOD LUCK!!!

Re: .257's Georgia Buck!!!

Again great deer. Hope your luck holds out on your trip. Looks like your having one of those seasons that will be hard to top but you gotta keep hunting to see.
