No it can not. To form a 6.5 Creedmoor from a 260 Rem you would need a case forming die, trim die, and then you would fireform it.
The 260 is longer, casehead to case mouth, and longer casehead to shoulder, than a 6.5 Creedmoor. But the 6.5 Creedmoor has a larger shoulder diameter.

Never heard of Creedmoor Sports, I'll have to check them out. I was curious for locality purposes... The local Cabela's has a shitload of .260 in stock, and a bit of 6.5 Grendel, but no Creedmoor.
The 6.5CM parent case is the 30 TC. I would think, due to lack of interest, you could find a good supply of 30TC brass. But that is all Hornady too.
I was lucky to get quite a stash of brass and loaded ammo when I built mine.

Does anyone other than Hornady make 30TC brass? </div></div>
Should I change my Avatar?
I think I had it first.
Not to my knowledge. Only Hornady. And I really don't think the 30TC will ever get on another manufacturer's To Do List.
Hopefully, the 6.5 CM will though.
I had some ok luck with using some fired .308 brass and running it throught the creed FL die. Its kinda tight when closing the bolt but I hope after I shoot it the case will fit even better. I have 5 rounds loaded to test and see what happends. I heard the 22-250 case works well.
22-250 does not work so well. It must not be as thick near the base as the 243 or 308 because the base expands too much. 308 is good but the neck has to be turned. 243 has worked the best so far.

I've ran Winchester 7-08, Rem 260, and Rem 308 through a Creedmoor FL die so far and they all came out well. Like sated the shoulders will need a blowout by fireforming.
I keep one FL die set for my good Hornady brass and another set for more of a squish for resizing other calibers to a easy bolt drop.
Luckily i have enough Hornady brass to last me quite a while....
Back your load down 1/2 gr to start with. When I resized 308 brass to CM my load went about 30 fps faster. I didn't see it mentioned but you will also most likely have turn the necks because they will be too thick.

Did you use "used" brass or "new"? When I used new brass the case crushed into it's self but it seemed to work ok with pre used brass. aslo I set my die low enough to get that "crush" you speek of so you get the entire case formed as well as I can but they are all still tight. think they might fit better after firing then sizing?

me too just recieved my order of 250 brass and 250 berger 130 vld's for the New Mexico comp, looking forward to a range day soon.
For the caliber change I'm resizing used brass to 6.5
"sprngback" was the word that didn't want to work when I posted before-
The springback on resizing other calibers is more than the springback of just FL sizing fired creedmoor brass, hence the two die setup
