Does anyone have a good recipe for the 260 in a 22" barrel? I am looking at 140 gr. Berger hunting rounds but just speculating at this point.

You really need to look a little better. There are 2 threads in the same section you posted in specific to the 260. Follow the load data for any of the 139, 140 or 142 grain bullets.

I have read through both. I was looking more specific to the barrel length. Many barrels are 26" and I was looking for anyone with a good load for shorter barrels.

The data will still carry over to a 22" barrel. You will just lose a few fps on the round from a longer barrel. You can copy data from other rifles, but you will still not know how it shoots until you try it in your rifle. Use the data as a guide to get you a plan on what loads to try and work up to them. The 260 is a hammer of a round and is not finiky to load for.

My experience with .260/142SMK's was that the same load (43.8gr H-3250) was equally (and very) accurate in a 24" 1:8" barrel, and a pair of 28" 1:8" barrels.
