What gets me is that this is the first time that I heard about it. After all, 23 states have already ratified it. The MSM was obviously keeping this quiet, like a lot of other things.

This should have been a major news story.

It's cover. Between the political action groups and ten thousand other NGOs that launder money it's already about untraceable. Then you get into the commingled money like planned parenthood that claims taxpayers money is not paying for abortions.
