2A friendly domain registrar?

For various reasons I'm looking at setting up a domain name for personal use. After some of the kerfuffle earlier this year with GoDaddy and arfcom, I'm thinking they're off the table.

Any other recommendations in this arena that are known to be 2A friendly?
