Hunting & Fishing 3-12x56 vs 4-16x50 for Coyotes and Ground Squirrel

223 Wylde platform, looking to shoot between 300-700 yards at coyotes/ground squirrel.
Between 3-12x56 and 4-16x50 which would be better?

Yes, those will work fine.

Really there are other features I would look at before worrying about 3-12vs4-16

Its pretty much a toss up on those. I run a 4.5-16x40, 6-24x44 & a 3.5-12x50 on my coyote rigs.
The 4.5-16x44 rig gets the most use though.
