Range Report .30-06 Terminal Ascent 175gr

I have a couple of range sessions with this factory loaded ammo. It shot right around a minute at 100yds and 200yds on paper. Not quite as well as I had hoped, but for factory ammo for hunting it will work.

Average velocity was 2729 out of a 22" proof
SD of 13. However I stopped being able to get readings with the magnetospeed after my first 5 shot string, so the sample size is tiny.

The advertised G7 bc of .258 has been accurate for me out to 975yds.

Got another range session in with this ammo. Shot a sighter at 500yds then printed this 4 1/8" , 5 shot group. I know it's not fantastic, but I'm pretty tickled with a bonded factory hunting round that shoots sub minute with me behind the gun.

The g7 BC of .258 tracked right on out to 1k on steel today.
