What is yours? I am new to the caliber. been loading a while, and this caliber seems to be a reloaders paradise with all the choice. 78 gr to 208, super/sub sonic, hunting vs plinking, etc.

Im shooting a 16 inch ar, non suppressed. Just want to have fun with it. SO what are my options as cheap-ish bullets that will be accurate 50-300 yards give or take?

In a 16” non surpresssed you’ll want to go supersonic and I think the 115-150 gr range will be easiest and those weights will be just dandy to 300 yards. To load heavies subsonic doesn’t make any sense as they are still really really loud without a can which pretty much negates the only benefit to subsonic.

Im shooting 110gr vmaxs over 18.2gr of h110.. this is in my 8.2” sbr. It plinks fine and i would feel perfectly fine taking deer at 100-150 yards with it. I have walked this load out to 400 yards on a 7x13 poece of steel and got very repeatable hits. Tru a couple different loads and see what it likes. I have found that 300blk is very forgiving.

110gr VMax or Zmax work great when driven hard by H110, Lil'gun or N110.
Berrys makes a thick plated lead bullet for the 7.62x39 that you can get to work well on the lower end with AA1680. I'did not need to resize these bullets - YMMV.
