What type of rifel and what weight of bullet? Out of an AAC AR upper I have been able to MOA from 110gn to 150gn.
lots of good supersonic loads.
H110/W296 is going to be your powder.
110g VMAX, 110g Black Tips, 125g Nosler BT's, 125g Match King's, and I think there are now a couple 135g bullets out there that people are having good luck with.
