Thursday or Friday of which week?
Maybe you should find a guy that's actually looking for work and wants to make a name for himself rather than calling in favors
I'm sure there are plenty of qualified painters to be found in a motor scooter town. </div></div>
Changing your mind a half dozen times on color, airbrush work, and me driving 80+ miles for nothing (to whittle on a cheek piece that didn't need cutting and fiddling with an adjustable buttplate that we we never ended up installing) certainly didn't have anything to do with it I'm sure.
Its due to deliver today sometime. Since it's so late I'm not expecting it till either tomorrow or Monday.
Going home myself. Have a great night Jimbo.

Base color has not changed since it was placed "in the hands" of the painter.
Air brush work was canceled due to the air brush guy apparently not wanting to work.
The bolt / cheek piece clearance should have been checked before it left the shop and a confident answer would have sufficed. I have first hand experience with one of your rifles that has this issue. I didn't want to live with it.
The adjustable plate was mentioned since you were still waiting on paint. I really don't think the 5 minute conversation held the project up.
If the painters actually wanted to paint, there would have been no chance to even discuss changes let alone attempt to get them done. I'd still like to have airbrush work done to the stock but, when i'm told the work should take a week and it hadn't even been started in 2 weeks, my patience wears thin. Maybe it was an issue getting the stock delivered the 80 + miles that held up the project. I dunno, i'm not running the show. I'm just a paying customer.
Have a nice weekend.
