Between the 215 and the 230, if we are not given speeds from your specific gun/load, then we have to assume typical values.
That looks like a 215 doing 2850 fps, and a 230 doing 2755 fps.
If those speeds are assumed, then you will find the 215 does slightly better in the 300 PRC due to the TOF difference to 1500 yards and less arc in the trajectory. So, on paper, a 215 is slightly better to 1500 yards. Change the energy level of the 230, you get a different answer.
You really cannot assume that the better trajectory and time of flight will translate to precision and accuracy in every gun. Sometimes, the gun forgets to read the book and decides to reverse the outcome.
