300 RUM primer question

I have a question about fired primers in my new PSS. The load I used is 91gr Retumbo with 190smk, COL is 3.603. The primer has a raised cirle around where the firing pin hit. This is the first time to work with this caliber so I do not know if that is normal or a sign of over pressure. The load is pretty mild so I hope this is not the problem. I had no problems ejecting the cases and it was accurate. Any advice will be great. Thanks.
The rifle has a break and the brass looks fine after firing.

What that is is primer flow back into and around your firing pin hole in the bolt. Some rifles (or bolts) do it more than others. If it is a known mild load, then that's fine. Just know it does this, and don't use it for a sign of pressure. I would watch for sticky bolt lift and shiney spots on the case head for pressure signs instead.

Cool, I was concerned because I was slightly over the COL but the bolt closed with no problems and I know Remington has a bit of room to let you load out. The load I am using should be n more than 2950 fps and is no where near what it can do. Thanks for the answer.
