Yes way crazy indeed.

Also note that COBB MFG. did a number of different AR calibers years ago(270, .300win, .30-06, .338 lapua) and even made a system that could utilize one lower for multiple calibers. Unfortunately after Bushmaster acquired them I believe they where liquidated.

Re: .300 win mag AR

So you guys think $5600 is crazy high for a match 300win mag semi like that? In the world where we pay same price for an SR25 I don't see how this can be considered crazy high. Yes, the $50k titanium is rediculous but this has definitely peaked my interest.

$4,150 for an AR-15 is what I call ridiculous! You can build one with the same barrel, and a Mega Billet set for less than half of that price!

Re: .300 win mag AR

I really like their rifles and I've been to their website and both times I went to it I clicked on some of the pictures and videos I got a virus on my computer that I had to have removed by McAfee. $75.00 bucks. I'm afraid to go back to their website. It must be embedded somewhere in a picture or video.

Hmmmm. Glad I run Macintosh; no viruses.

Just get the telephone number from a source other than the website.

His name is Lloyd DeSantis. I asked him once if he'd build a 7WSM, when I was interested in that round, and he was happy to build the rifle.
