If the .300 win mag can can match the sound performance, it is definitely much lighter being titanium. The mounting system would be the only remaining issue potentially there.

I run the mono core Titan on a 300WM and its an excellent performer. The weight is a non issue on such a heavy rifle. Go to the gym if you think these rifles are heavy....
The new AAC MK13 is a badass can, I got one about 2 weeks ago and just ordered another. The 90t mount is far surpassing the 51t mounts. There is no wobble and it locks up with authority.
