I am about to embark on my first precision rifle build. I would like to stay with the Remington 700 platform and a 20" barrel. I was all set to pick up an SPS when I saw an AAC-SD in the shop. The only difference I see is that the barrel is a 1:10 instead of a 1:12 and is threaded. I don't know that I'll use the threads, even for a muzzle brake, definitely not for a can. Should I just stick with the SPS, or is the AAC a better barrel?
Thanks in advance,
Trigger
